By using Bermos you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Bermos generates prospect lists, AI-written outreach, and sales materials based on publicly available business data. You are responsible for how you use these outputs and for complying with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, etc.).

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at period end.
• Refunds: full refunds available within 3 days of first charge. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or unlawful messaging.
• No reselling or redistributing raw prospect data.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of the platform.

Data accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep prospect data accurate, but we do not guarantee it. You should verify critical details before outreach.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bermos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
