3-day refund window

If Bermos isn't right for you, email us at support@bermos.app within 3 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no friction.

What's covered

• Your first monthly or annual subscription charge.
• Credit top-up purchases, provided fewer than 50% of those credits have been consumed.

What's not covered

• Renewals after the initial 3-day window. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Affiliate commissions or payouts.
• Charges flagged as fraudulent.

How to request a refund

Email support@bermos.app from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
