Bermos ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), and billing details processed by Stripe.
• Usage data: searches you run, prospects generated, and pipeline activity.
• Public business data: we query public sources (Google Places, public websites) on your behalf.
• Cookies: session cookies for auth, and a 90-day affiliate referral cookie set by our partner Rewardful if you arrived via a partner link.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and pay affiliates.
• To send transactional email related to your account.
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We share data only with vendors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Anthropic and Google (AI generation), and Resend (email). We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@bermos.app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
